Scope:
HVAC and Plumbing. Installation of 2 RTUs and 2 AHUs supplying 42 VAVs with reheat coils. Kitchen spaces fed by 9 MUA units feeding 23 hoods with ansul systems. Hot water hydronic system supplied by 3 boilers, 50 radiant ceiling panels, 8 CUHs. Chilled water system: rooftop air-cooled unit. Plumbing: (5) bathroom groups. Natural gas piping: 8” main feeding kitchen equipment, boilers, make up air units. 2 fireplaces and 2 rooftop air handlers.
Summary:
The WNEU Dining Hall is a Design Build 4 story building, scheduled for completion in January 2018.
Unique Features:
Multiple floors of kitchen equipment — including steamers, ice machines, hand sinks, dishwashers and stoves — each with multiple connections including hot water, cold water, waste and vent.
