Scope:

HVAC and Plumbing. The project is comprised of a penthouse mechanical room, gas fired cogeneration system, data center, vivarium, auditorium, wet/ dry labs, chiller plant, and an under slab radiant systems.

Summary:

Grodsky performed all Mechanical Piping, HVAC and plumbing in the construction of an 183,500 square-foot research lab building for the study of personalized medicine on the University of Connecticut Health Center campus.
