Scope:

HVAC. New 78,000 sq ft South Science Center, 2 labs, new underground steam utilities using approximately 1,800 linear feet of Perma Pipe.

Summary:

Grodsky is currently working with Consigli Construction Company on the new South Science Center building and renovations to the existing Morley and Thompson labs.

Unique Features:

The building includes 3 25,000 cfm Air Handling Units and new equipment that will recycle the HVAC condensate system water and storm water for reuse in the building.
