Summary:
The project included renovation of 30,000 square feet of office space located on the 3rd floor of 45 Glover Ave in Norwalk, CT. Work included complete demo of space and equipment, fit-out of both office and data center, and all new MEP systems. Work also included new rooftop cooling units, infrastructure, piping, and steel supports. Project was extremely fast paced and very demanding with changes that took place daily. With following LEAN building practices the project was successful completed on time and on-budget.
