Scope:

Originally bid the project with traditional plan and spec proposal. Asked to provide alternate design ideas to bring project in at budget. Led to eventual complete design build package for plumbing and HVAC services.

Summary:

Grodsky renovated three existing factory buildings constructed in the early 1900s into residential apartments.

Unique Features:

Historical features of the building exteriors preserved, while interiors are completely remodeled.
