Summary:

Grodsky has had a continuous partnership with MassMutual for over 25 years now. In this span, we have performed over 100 projects with them throughout their two million square feet of facilities across all three of their campuses.

Like many of our long-term customers, what started initially as a plan and specification relationship has turned increasingly to a Design Build/Design Assist one over the last decade.

We’ve completed a 300,000 sf complete gut and renovation to MassMutual’s 1965 Building on a fast-track, Design Assist basis. We have also completed major Design Build LEED initiatives involving water conservation and solar thermal heating.

Grodsky’s ability to control costs and schedule with the Design Build and Design Assist approaches has been integral to these projects’ success.
